Data recovery situations
We evaluate the device and explain the available recovery path before proceeding.
- Failing hard drives and solid-state drives
- Accidentally deleted files
- Corrupted or inaccessible file systems
- Computers that will not boot
- Transfer from damaged or aging computers
Start by limiting further damage
If a drive is clicking, disappearing, or producing repeated errors, stop using it when practical. Continued attempts can reduce the chance of recovery.
Backup and transfer services
We also provide partial insurance backup, full backup and restore, failing-drive backup, and data transfer to a new computer.
