Bring your laptop to our Midtown shop for an initial review at check-in. Our free limited evaluation helps us discuss the symptoms and explain the next steps. Some problems require additional testing or disassembly before we can provide an accurate repair estimate. Any diagnostic charges beyond the free limited evaluation are explained and require your approval in advance.

Same day / next day on many repairs
We make every effort to get you running again quickly. Many repairs can be completed the same day or next day, but turnaround depends on the problem and parts availability. Intermittent faults, liquid damage and more involved repairs may take several days. If you need a loaner while your laptop is being repaired, ask in advance about availability.
Estimates before repair work begins
No one likes surprises at the repair shop. We explain the recommended work and provide an estimate for your approval before proceeding. If you decline the repair, you are responsible only for charges you agreed to in advance. Pricing varies by laptop model, the parts needed and the work involved.
