On-site rates starting at $100 per hour
On-site service starts at $100 per hour plus a trip charge. We explain the applicable rate, trip charge and service arrangements before scheduling. Parts and any additional work are discussed separately and require your approval.
Choosing on-site or shop service
On-site service is useful when the problem involves your network, internet connection or installed equipment. Shop service may be more economical for repairs that require lengthy scans, disassembly or specialized testing. In the shop, technicians can monitor several systems while tests run. We will help you choose the approach that fits the problem.
When your equipment needs shop work
If we determine that a repair needs to be completed at our service center, we will explain the recommended work and discuss transportation, return setup and costs before proceeding. Board-level laptop repairs are performed at the shop.
