Common questions
My computer got wet. What should I do?
Turn it off, unplug it and don't try to power it back on. Bring it to us as soon as you can. The sooner it's cleaned and evaluated, the better the chances for the computer and your data.
Can you set up cloud backups?
Yes. We set up cloud backup (including Carbonite at $99/year) and local backups for homes and businesses.
Do you pick up in Meyerland?
Yes. Pickup, diagnosis and return delivery are $99 inside Beltway 8. Repairs are additional and quoted before we start.
