Do I need an appointment?
In-shop visits do not need appointment confirmation. Come in during business hours. Remote, on-site and pickup arrangements require staff confirmation.
Is the diagnostic free?
The initial limited diagnostic is free in shop. Extensive testing, disassembly, data recovery evaluation or on-site work may require a paid diagnostic with your approval.
How soon can you repair my computer?
Same Day/Next Day service is available on many common repairs. Timing depends on the problem, parts and testing needed.
Do you work on Macs and PCs?
Yes. We support both PC and Mac computers, including desktop and laptop hardware and software problems.
Can you come to me?
Ask about on-site or remote service. Pickup, diagnosis and return delivery are $99 inside Beltway 8; repair work is additional.
