- From the Heights: Head south on Studemont St across I-10 (it becomes Montrose Blvd), then east into Midtown.
- From the east side of the Heights: Take I-45 south through downtown into Midtown.

Do I need an appointment?
Not for in-shop visits — walk in during business hours. Pickup, on-site and remote service are arranged with our staff first.
Can you come to my Heights home or office?
Yes. Ask about on-site or remote service. Pickup, diagnosis and return delivery are $99 inside Beltway 8; repair work is additional and quoted before we start.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes — MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and iMac, plus Windows laptops and desktops from all the major brands.
