Common questions
I got a pop-up saying my computer is infected and to call a number. Is it real?
Almost certainly not. Those are tech-support scams. Don't call the number or let anyone connect to your computer. Bring it in and we'll check it.
Do you pick up in Garden Oaks and Oak Forest?
Yes. Pickup, diagnosis and return delivery are $99 inside Beltway 8. Repairs are additional and quoted before we start.
Can you set up Wi-Fi for a back-yard office?
Yes. We'll look at the layout and recommend mesh or wired options to reach the space reliably.
