A website built around what customers need
For a Houston service business, the first job of a website is to help a prospective customer understand what you do, where you work and how to contact you. We can discuss clear service descriptions, mobile-friendly layouts, easy-to-find calls to action, readable pricing or service information where appropriate, and pages that explain the next step before someone calls or submits a request.
If you already have a website, we can review its navigation, outdated information and customer contact paths before deciding whether an update or a rebuild is more appropriate. We also discuss who controls the domain, hosting account, website files and ongoing access, so the responsibilities are clear.
What happens during a website project?
- Discovery: We discuss your business, audience, existing website and the action you want visitors to take.
- Scope and quote: We identify the number of pages, text and image responsibilities, contact-form needs, domain or hosting work and any optional integrations.
- Build and review: We prepare the agreed pages and review content, layout and contact information with you before launch.
- Launch and upkeep: We discuss hosting, backups, changes and maintenance separately so you know what ongoing work is included.
Timeline, content preparation and third-party fees depend on the project. Search visibility takes continued work and is not guaranteed by the purchase of a website.
When does a larger website make sense?
The advertised $199 starting offer is for a basic one-page site using your supplied text and images. A business with several distinct services, multiple staff contacts, an existing product catalog or customer-specific forms may need additional pages and a separate quote. We can also discuss search-friendly page structure, accessible contact options and technical upkeep within the agreed scope.
Domain records, business email and Microsoft 365 may require coordination with your existing provider. Those are separate from website design; our business IT team can help with related technology problems, and Internet Specials lists current repair specials and general service terms.

A website may also depend on domain records, email and office connectivity.
